Check-in Instructions

Time:
60 minutes prior to first scheduled game.

Please Note: You do not need to be a carded official or team administrator to check-in the team. You can choose anyone over the age of 18 to check in your team. Also, another Team Manager from your own club can register your team.

Failure to check in will result in automatic disqualification (without a refund of the fee) from the Tournament.

At the Registration the following documentation will be required from each team:

1. Player Cards:  Laminated player cards with a photograph for the 2012/2013 season.

2. Medical Release Forms:  Medical release forms signed by parent or guardian for each team member.

3. Team Roster:  It is important that you complete your player roster by logging into you team accout at  http://home.gotsoccer.com/

4. If you’re playing with US Soccer Cards, you will not need travel papers, just a roster.
